If you are between 16 and 24 and sexually active, you could have Chlamydia. BUT DON'T WORRY, it's easily treatable and you can test yourself for FREE at home.

Why do you need my information?
We will send your details to our laboratory, TDL, ensuring it is secure. This is so they can send you your test kit. We will only use your mobile number to get in touch with you about your test result. We won't send you anything else or pass your details on to anyone else.
